We’re BAR B Que Shack II in Herndon, KY. For over 40 years, we've specialized in barbeque and we offer pork, ribs, chicken, sandwiches, cornbread, and more. We got the smoked chicken, bologna, and pork sandwiches. From best to worst, we rate them: 1. Smoked chicken 2. Bologna sandwich 3. Pork sandwich Pork wasn’t bad, we’ve just definitely had better. The smoked chicken was amazing though, cooked to perfection. We got baked potato salad and mac and cheese as our sides. The mac and cheese sauce was a bit thin, but the flavor was great. This potato salad though? Literally best potato salad we’ve ever had. No notes, chef’s kiss, 10/10 😍 Portions were great, and staff were very friendly!
